3. 2695.5(c) Provide Forms and Instructions
4. 2695.5(c) Begin Investigation
5. 2695.10(f) Tender Payment of Surety Calim
6. 2695.11(c) Notify Insured of Overpayment or Error - Life and Disability
B. Immediately but in no event more than 21 days
1  2695.5(a) Respond to DOI inquiry
C. Immediately but in no event more than 30 days
1. 2695.7(c) Request to accept or deny
2. 2695.7(f) Make payment
3. 2695.10(c) Extend time to accept or deny surety claim
D. Immediately but in no event more than 35 days
1. 2695.8(c) Reopen auto claim
E. Immediately but in no event more than 40 days
1. 2695.7(b) Accept or deny claim
F. Immediately but in no event more than 60 days
1. 2695.7(f) Advise of statute of limitations
G. Immediately but in no event more than 80 days
1. 2695.7(k) Factual belief of fraud extends time to accept or deny
H. Immediately but in no event more than 90 days
